Creating Compelling Content

STEP ONE

Make a plan... But don't jump ahead, start at the 30,000 feet level.  Begin considering the seasons and how your business changes. Think about promotions, changes in inventory, and holidays. From there, work backwards to a month by month strategy.  Consider the events going on each month and when to begin promoting those events.  We recommend promoting those events 6-8 weeks prior to build up interest and enthusiasm.

STEP TWO

Review your existing marketing materials…This includes your work with marketing experts: establish the style and tone of the content that is used in all your advertising.  Content can be taken from established media or designed from scratch.  Screen Content Management can take your existing content whether it is audio, video commercials, or print ads and use these components.  Our designers can take the promotional media that you have already invested in and integrate it into your existing Screen Content Management campaign.  If you don't have any promotional materials available, we have an on-staff graphic artist that has access to a variety of content that can design and develop a promotion perfect for your organization.

STEP THREE

Update regularly…Just as your website must remain fresh, so does your screen.  Utilize the plan established in step one to keep your content fresh.  Having fresh and dynamic content keeps the eyes on the screen, engages your customers and educates them about your products and services.  We can help you achieve fresh content without the expense and time of going it alone.

STEP FOUR

Synthesize…Coordinate all your marketing efforts to ensure the message is consistent across all media platforms.This sounds like a lot of work, but it does not have to be.  Screen Content Management can work with you to set up effective marketing strategies.
